Announcing Joe’s CSA!

There’s a new “tab” on our website—Joe’s CSA! That’s right, the Central Vermont Food Hub has been dissolved (yeah, that’s the technical term). Joe has just launched his own CSA for the Winter 2012-13 season. You can check it out, then sign up to eat well and support your food-producing friends and neighbors.
Joe is spending most of his time these days on the phone, on the computer, and in the kitchen; working to get organized and stocked up to put together a fantastic winter CSA. He is focusing on quality vegetables, dairy, meat, bakery, and agricultural products that taste great and make sense when it’s time to open the fridge and figure out what to cook for dinner.
Another top priority for the Winter CSA is to offer shares that are as diverse as possible. We hope to introduce our members to local food they may not be aware of.
As before we’ll offer delivery to local businesses—or any indoor site with 10+ members—willing to host CSA pickup.
